At StrataStones we do everything in our power to make our customers happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our uninstalled products you can just ship them back to us and we will refund your money minus a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the initial free shipping to you as well as the labor involved in checking all the returned tile for damage and reboxing.

To minimize the chance of returns we strongly encourage you to order a sample of our products before placing your full order. We do everything we can to make the pictures on our site as representative as possible but each computer monitor displays colors slightly different!
